The client is a German customized company specialized in miniature instrument. Their customers are mainly instrument and apparatus companies from 20 countries all over the world. The client contacted RPWORLD, asking us to make 30 sets of housing for their newly-designed small instrument, and aluminum alloy was chosen as manufacturing material for their products.

•The client hope the anodizing red color is corrosion resistant, stable and looking great.

★ In addition, the aluminum alloy material is not too expensive and looks great after anodizing. As for anodizing is ideal for improving corrosion resistance, durability and hard scratch-resistant surface on aluminum parts. We use the red color to anodize the parts as surface treatment, as the client required.
